Description: Mickey Spillane backed this version of a of his lesser-known novels (his wife has a supporting role), where Christopher George plays a man framed for robbery and thereafter recruited because of the CIA to go an undercover objective. Low-budget, and stingy on the activity, this would-be international drama is much more complicated than interesting, while a ridiculous subplot about an imprisoned scientist seems tacked-on by has-been producer-director-screenwriter Tay Garnett as a reason to have a bloody jailbreak. This is the last professional project for the great Raoul Walsh, whom gets a co-writing credit.
